About Allen Jones Training and Instructional Design

Allen Jones Training and Instructional Design is a virtual team of professionals whose focus is on providing corporate clients with results-based training innitiatives.

All our projects are managed by our founder and C.E.O., Allen Jones. For over 20 years, Allen has focused on employee productivity, instructional design, e-learning, project management, specialized learning & development consulting, training management, and technical communications.

Allen brings solid corporate mamagement know-how to bear on each project we undertake.  Before entering the instructional design world full-time, he served as Director of Operations and Learning Technologies for Nuesoft Technologies, Inc., a provider of productivity software to major university health centers across the U.S.  He has worked as a national speaker, trainer, consultant, and manager with a passion for improving productivity in the workplace.

With over a decade of solid corporate management experience under his belt, and another decade as a free agent, Allen has shared his business insight with such companies as ConAgra Foods, Cox Enterpises, SunTrust Bank, Alcoa, AutoTrader.com, Delco-Remy Electronics, Piedmont Hospital, the I.R.S., Drake Beam Morrin, NextGen Healthcare, Equipoint Financial, and Southern Graphic Systems. He has also developed and lead classes, seminars, and workshops at universities across the nation.

Originally from Indiana, Allen earned his Masters with a focus in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Instructional Design from Indiana University and a B.S. degree from Purdue University. Allen now lives in Athens, Georgia.
